JioGames: Play Cloud Games

Well, for the first time when I saw this on my fellow office worker tab, I got very excited.

And the games were also very great in this like, Mafia, and other games.

When 5G was launched in India everyone was very excited about ,cloud games and everyone thought that Cloud Gaming is the future and we will enjoy Cloud Games.

The games support is limited; mostly old games are there.

You can also link Steam and Epic Games to Jio Could games. But, again the support is limited.

You can get multiple options in Pass. I liked the pricing. The deatils are given below. I liked the pricing.

If you take a one-year plan, then you get an EvoFox controller worth Rs 1500.

You can not change the majority game settings like screen size, graphics presets etc.

Latency and who is it for?

Clearly, the game did not feel smooth. You need 20 MBPS of internet as per WiFi or Jio; it’s better to use a LAN cable.

See, many people in India don’t have a PC or laptop. And also many people in India don’t have a nice smartphone. For those people this app is great.

And if you are in a hurry and don’t have an EPIC or Steam account, this is the great app for you.

SETUP

• You can log in via email or phone number.
• Then buy the pass and start playing.
• You may need a controller as games come with and offer controller setup for easy mapping and gameplay.

Featured Games

The games library is good.

But, I need excellent AAA titles like God of War, Spider-Man, Metro Exodus and some cool Steam and Epic games.

• Cricket 26
• Tomb Raider
• WEC 9
• Dead Cells
• Counter Attack.
• Just Cause 4.
• Luna Fish Garden. etc.

Gameplay

You can play on a smartphone also but I suggest that you play with controllers.

Usually I don’t like controllers but I advise you To play with controllers.

If you did not encounter any issues then the gameplay is great. So, go ahead and enjoy the games.

One of my workmate plays the games on Controller and project it on the Screen while playing in his dorm.

Pricing

Mobile Pass     111 for 56 days.

Controller Offer  3000 pro pass plus gaming controller.

398 Pro pass with all the games.

India is a price-sensitive country. In future when this technology will emerge then pricing will play and important role.

By then enjoy what you get in this price.

Verdict

I highly suggest you to use this service.

When Jio 5G or infact 5G services were launched in India, we were very excited about the Cloud Gaming.

And I am glad that we are enjoying Cloud gaming in our dorms.

One of my fellow office worker also enjoys these.

Things I want should change are the latency and accessibility for Android devices. I mean children are gonna enjoy the gaming for sure, that’s my Prediction.

In a video on YouTube I saw that Mukesh Ambani is talking about the future of gaming and was very excited about PlayStation etc.

So, as a respected and one of the most prominent feagures in Indian business history and also in Asia and world, he has already seen the potential.

And I am sure that gaming is going to rock in India specially smartphone gaming.

My Thoughts

With 5G it was expected that it would solve the gaming problems and will help a lot in Cloud Gaming.

But I am a gamer/ YouTuber.

And when I play Call of Duty game on mobile data, it runs smoohtly with Jio 5G, but sometimes the ping increases.

So, I think a lot has to be done for 5G related to gaming and latency, and the situation will improve.

As for as Jio Games App is concerned some players are facing server issues and controller issues.

But things will improve, and I highly suggest you to try the app and play games and listen the voice on a speaker.

Thanks and have a nice day.
