That’s why the Google team has built Google Play Protect which scans over 100Billion + apps every day.
Last year they prevented over 1.9Billion malware installations from nonplay sources.
Google is also creating new programs and features to help users discover and stay engaged with your apps and games.
More than 150,000 apps use internal testing tracks.

Google Play Points, Google’s user reward program has been recently launched in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Google is continuing to invest in Play Pass, its curated subscription service, with plans to expand globally this year.

Google also launched teacher-approved so that parents find kid-friendly apps & games for their families.
A major part of reaching users is the ability to transact with them.
With Google Play billing Google wants to convert users into buyers.

Their commerce platform reaches over 2 Billion people in 150+ countries with over 180 carriers worldwide.
In the past year, it added 60 new local forms of payments in 15 countries.
