3. Dark Mode

 

 

Yes, the most awaited dark mode feature is coming to WhatsApp. With the announcement of Android Q dark theme, the speculations about the dark mode of other apps have also been spread. Now popular apps like Google Maps, Youtube, Chrome had already got the dark mode Feature.

The dark mode will not only save eyes from strain but it will also save batteries.

4. QR Code

 

It will let the users add contacts to their phones by just scanning other users WhatsApp QR codes. When this feature goes live users will get a unique QR code which other WhatsApp users can scan and add to their contacts list.

 

 

 

5. Multi-Platform Support

 

This new feature will allow users to run their accounts on multiple devices simultaneously. Users can use the same account on an iOS device as well as on Android device. You can use WhatsApp on your PC if your does not work.

 

 

 

6. Ranking of Contacts

 

This new feature will keep your favorite contacts on the top at every time. This AI feature is cool and is needed also.

 

 

 

7. Profile picture protection

This feature went live on Android and soon on iOS. This feature will protect the user’s profile picture from downloaded by others. Also, other users will not be able to take a screenshot of the user’s profile picture but still can download the group images.
